Location: Hertfordshire (Field Based)

Salary range: £9.20 per hour (£10.20 Saturday and Sunday)

Hours: 7am-3pm / 4pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities

To Assist Customers to live in their own homes and in a manner which reflects their personal preferences and interests by following the agreed care plan. To provide support, encouragement and practical assistance which help the Customer to maintain and promote independence, which are linked to realistic outcomes. You will be required to communicate back to the Lead Nurse with any relevant concerns or issues connection with the Customer.

Comply with Company policies and procedures, observing good practice at all times and to be a reliable time keeper. Adhering to the Customer Care Plan and notify any changes made to the Lead Nurse. To Support Carers, advocates, health professionals and other care organisations in effecting the most co-ordinated and seamless package of care possible.

Required to treat and give care to all Customers equally and with respect irrespective of gender, age, race, sex, ethnicity, religion, political opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment status or physical and financial circumstances.

Skills: No experience required in terms of skills, but is actively looking for a candidate who has a strong passion for care.
