At Sensible Staffing we are recruiting for Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our team as part of our apprenticeship programme. We are a well established, leading provider of specialist healthcare staff.
Recruitment is a fast paced sales role. It is an ideal career choice for bright individuals that are enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and are excited by the idea of closing deals and making commission. Working in recruitment is a great option for those that choose not to go to university, but still want to pursue a rewarding career in a professional business environment.
Here at Sensible Staffing we are looking highly ambitious, career minded Apprentices. Our Apprentice programme is delivered in-house – meaning that as a learner our Apprentices have daily access to their trainer and there is a real emphasis on learning and getting the most from the qualification. With a combination of small group training sessions and practical (on-the-job) learning you will get off to the best start with your career here at Sensible Staffing. Not many recruitment companies can boast that!
You will get to learn and develop excellent sales skills, how to negotiate deals, provide high quality customer service and create new business opportunities as part of your role every day.
