The client provides housing and support services based on the fundamental belief that adults with a learning disability, autism or other mental impairment have a right to lead their own life, to determine where, how and with whom they live, and who provides them with support. Given the opportunity, the right level of support and the right social setting, the clients conviction is that all adults have the capacity to be the best they can be and regardless of need or disability, they should have the opportunity to reach for the highest level of self-determination and independence that they can achieve.
This position is a full time, 40 hour per week contract and will include day, weekend, and sleep in working. Sleep-in shifts are paid in addition to the basic salary at £5.00 per hour. Overtime is available increasing your salary to the £30,000 mark. Shift patterns are; Monday – Sunday Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00 Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00 Sleep In: 23:00 – 07:00
