Salary: £31k – £32k per annum + £2k Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card
I am recruiting for a Professional Development Manager, to work for a Private Healthcare organisation which is in conjunction with the NHS. My Client requires a Nurse with at least 3 – 5 year’s experience.
Duties of a Registered Nurse – Professional Development Manager?
The duties of the new Professional Development Manager will be to act as a professional resource, educator, trainer, and mentor for your team. You will also work with the Clinical Excellence Manager to assess and devise an action plan for training and developments, ensuring regional and individual objectives are delivered for the team and yourself within agreed timescales. One of your main duties will be to prepare and submit on time reports as required and requested by your manger and customers (e.g. expenses and field visit reports).

Would be desirable for the Teaching 998 course as this role involves educating/teaching both patients and members of staff. It is essential to have current and up to date Clinical Skills. You will also need to have a background in Training and development.
