I am currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Dispenser, to work at a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Runcorn.

Working under the supervision of the Dispensing Pharmacist Manager, you will perform the duties associated with the dispensing of compounded and non-compounded products. This is a non patient facing role.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, coving shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

In addition to the salary, there is also a bonus scheme in place.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To undertake dispensing duties, under the supervision of the Pharmacy Services Team Leader, for the supply of medicinal products to homecare patients.
  • To liaise with the other Apprentice Dispensers, Dispensers, Accuracy checking technicians and Pharmacists to ensure efficient use of resources across the different dispensing sections.
  • To work closely with patient services and prescription management to ensure that patient’s requirements regarding the supply of their medication are met.
