The job role
As a personal care worker it will be your role to provide exceptional high standards of care to our clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. You will work in the community visiting people to provide care to them in their own homes.
Each client has a personal care plan that we provide for them. We will help them get up in the morning, help put them to bed at night and everything in between. We help our Clients with their personal care and medication, and also things like cooking, shopping and keep their house just the way they like it.
All staff are provided with structured training and taken on as many shadow shifts are they need before they perform the job independently. Then there is continuous support and we do things like have management personally introduce staff to new clients. Its little things like that that makes Care 121 different.
We are looking for experienced care workers, from a home care or residential setting that are looking to join a company where they feel valued. If you don’t have experience, then we still want to talk to you as we provide full training and support to everyone that joins us.
What we need from you is to be someone that is caring, compassionate and highly professional. It is also essential that you are a car driver with your own vehicle. Our personal care workers need to presentable, reliable and understand just how important what we do for our Clients is to their quality of daily life.
