Duties of a Community Carer / HCA:

The new community carer/HCA will be a reliable, dependable and responsive person, as well as show courtesy, dignity and respect to all your service users. You should meet the assessed needs of service users and also maintain the service users’ self esteem. You should be able to recognise the individuality and diversity of each service user and try to maximise the independence of your client.
