Our client is a boutique provider of homecare services across Hertfordshire. With a CQC rating of ‘good’ at the first inspection and already awarded ‘top 20 Home Care provider in the East of England’ based on reviews, they provide a range of personal care services to people in their own homes.

We are currently recruiting for a business developer to join the organisation. The roles will involve increasing private care referrals by networking and building strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and stakeholders. In addition there will be responsibility for co-ordinating marketing for the recruitment of new personal care workers to support growth of the business. The Company needs someone that is extremely dynamic and ambitious to help a small company grow and build on a solid foundation. Candidates working in a similar role within another provider or within the wider healthcare sector will be considered.
