Apprentice Compliance Administrator

We at Sensible Staffing are currently recruiting for a new Trainee Compliance Administrator to join us on an apprenticeship scheme. You will gain excellent training and guidance from our expert team of Compliance Officers, as well as a nationally recognised NVQ course. Our aim is to train you in order to make you a skilled and qualified Administrator who will be able to progress into a full time job after your first year!

The Role

  • Collecting documentation from candidates; this can be by phone, email or in person if needs be
  • Scanning and attaching documents to our dedicated computer system
  • Professional registration checks on all candidates
  • Applying for candidate DBS

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual who is willing to go the extra mile

You will be working with our compliance team to make sure our candidates are suitable and legally allowed to work for our agency. You will be working with our in house system as well as Excel, word and outlook. Telephone communication is a must with our candidates so confidence with communicating with people is a must.

The successful Trainee will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to use their initiative and work autonomously, be hardworking, willing to learn and a good team player. In order to be eligible for the apprenticeship scheme, you should not have achieved an HND or degree level qualification.
