Hours: 9am-5pm

Summary

The Technical Product Support s responsible to:

 

  • Provide quality technically related Service to internal and external Customers
  • Meet contractual obligations to internal and external Customers and ensure SLA is adhered to
  • Responsibility and maintenance of quality procedures including Complaints management and DMI updates
  • Provide cover for other team members when required to ensure that all KPI’s are met
  • As PCC (Plant Complaint Coordinator) Manage product complaints and complete within KPI timeframe
  • Perform service activity on products within the CWS

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage product complaints and complete within KPI timeframe
  • Establish & maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts
  • Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework
  • Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
  • Manage DMI and complete within SLA timeframe
  • Ensure all data and paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure all quality and SOP’s are up to date and adhered to at all times
  • Ensure Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure all calibrated equipment is maintained and tracked using the calibration database
  • Assist in delivering Technical Training courses to both internal and external Customers
  • Install, service and maintain products, distributed by the company when required
  • Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Management System

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in electrical, electronic or control systems engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar field

 

Skills / Experience:

 

  • Electronics related qualification, minimum ONC or equivalent.
  • Very strong PR skills
  • Customer focused
  • Analytically minded
