Role: Regional Nurse Manager

Salary: Competetive Salary + Company Bonus + Company Car and Fuel Card
Location: Berkshire / Hampshire

I am recruiting for a Regional Nurse Manager to work in a Field/Home based role, this is the ideal position for someone who is top end of a Band 6 or early stages of a Band 7, working hours very attractive. There are no nights involved in this post. Must have confident Managerial skills.

Duties of a Regional Nurse Manager?

The new Regional Nurse Manager will work together with the Senior Nurse Manager, for the provision and delivery of a highly skilled nursing service. Your day to day duties will be to provide a full recruitment service where necessary and be accountable for a comprehensive training programme for new starters, to Provide quarterly journey accompaniments that continually monitor and evaluate field-based regional team and last but not least To ensure field based staff are performing within their role profiles on a daily basis.

The shift times for this role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm which will be around a 35hour week period.

Am I the right person for this role?

Registered Nursing qualifications, ENB 998 or equivalent, previous management, experience with recognised management qualification, Proven budget management ability, Minimum of 5 years post registration with at least 2 at management level.
