Location: Oxford

Salary: £12.30ph

Hours: Full Time (7:00am – 3:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm)

Job Type: 6 Month Contract

Report to: Production Supervisor

 

Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilisation, inventory control, environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Label all product types according to product specifications

  • Perform equipment checks
  • Prioritise jobs

 

Manufacture all product types in accordance with SOPs

  • Validate aseptic technique
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Control isolator inventory
  • Meet turnaround times

 

Sanitise equipment and components in accordance with SOPs

  • Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing
  • Select, prepare and sanitise raw materials
  • Report sanitisation deviations

 

Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs

  • Clean and maintain status of equipment

 

Maintain safe working environment

  • Notify equipment status failure

 

Complete environmental monitoring in accordance with SOPs

  • Complete equipment sampling within required timeframe
  • Report results of environmental monitoring

 

Maintain accuracy of system inventory

  • Select and/or move correct component batch
  • Perform regular stock checks
  • Receive raw materials (optional competency)

 

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner with all members of the unit
  • Ability to complete records accurately and with sufficient detail using Good Documentation Practice
  • To be a willing and active member of the compounding team
  • To understand the roles and responsibilities within the unit
  • Cross-site knowledge
  • Ability to read, interpret and transcribe data accurately
  • Follow processes and procedures accurately and to completion
  • Ability to detect errors
  • Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Understanding order types in order to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to manipulate compounding equipment
  • Ability to interpret and convert units of measure for weights, volumes and time
  • Ability to learn and retain new processes
