Role: Practice/ Health Centre Manager
Hours: 37 Hours a week (Monday- Friday) +occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: £45,000 per year
As the new Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Medical Practice. To ensure compliance with all statutory and legal regulations including Health and Safety, You will arrange staff rosters to ensure adequate cover at all times, Arrange staff recruitment and induction , Liaise with contractors regarding building cleaning and maintenance, deal with all practice correspondence and take initial action on patient complaints.

Am I the right person for this role?
The new Practice Manager will have good knowledge of practice management and a desire to work in a new environment. You will have; experience in a customer focused environment, staff management experience, experience of EMIS and Microsoft packages as well as experience of QoF.
