Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (No weekends)

An exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to join a new multi-disciplinary team, delivering Blackpool CCG’s community Pulmonary Rehabilitation service. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to come off the hospital wards and wants no more night shifts.

My client is a provider of NHS-commissioned services. They deliver 13 community respiratory and cardiac-specialist NHS services across England, with a team of 40+ healthcare professionals. You will be a member of a growing and innovative team delivering high quality healthcare through a network of locally-based teams of healthcare professionals across the UK. They are committed to supporting its employees’ continued professional development and brings all clinical service staff together at bi-annual clinical forums.

You will be required to work from community venues across the CCG area, this role will lead in the delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation programmes, supported by Technical Instructors. The programme involves conducting patient assessments, delivering exercise and education to patients within a group setting, or remotely by telephone or using innovative technology developments (my COPD+).
