Details: I am recruiting for a Community Carer / Healthcare Assistant to join a fast growing provider of care services in the Hertfordshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Community Carer / Healthcare Assistant to join a new venture and gain some of the best experience in the care industry.

Duties:

The new Community Carer / Healthcare Assistant will be a reliable, dependable and responsive person, as well as show courtesy, dignity and respect to all your service users. You should meet the assessed needs of service users and also maintain the service users’ self esteem. Your responsibilities as a Community Carer / Healthcare Assistant would be able to recognise the individuality and diversity of each service user and try to maximise the independence of your client.

You do not need a background in health and social care, however if you have the experience it is advantageous.

Opportunities for professional development is available and you can specialise in Dementia with the elderly and/or Children Services. Driving and having access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential to apply.
